Chloe is an executive leadership coach and professional facilitator with two decades of experience in leadership and organizational development. She coaches C-suite and emerging leaders on leadership effectiveness, executive presence, client relationship building, and career development. She also facilitates national strategy and design sessions for c-suite level meetings. Chloe integrates her deep intellectual curiosity with a passion for optimal impact by applying exquisitely practical, efficient, and behavior-based methods into her work with leaders and teams.

In her coaching work with senior leaders, Chloe creates a non‐judgmental environment that provides leaders with unique opportunities to critically reflect on their strengths and challenges, gain perspective, and move to tangible actions. She is clear and direct when giving feedback, always holding leaders accountable for their commitment to success. In her facilitation work, Chloe is warm, engaging, and inclusive. She encourages conversational dialogue among participants and is skilled at delivering impactful results and memorable experiences. Chloe has coached, designed, and facilitated programs for clients including Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, KPMG, BCG, Dropbox, VNS Health, Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Apple.

Chloe holds an M.A. in Social‐Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is a graduate of an accredited coach‐training program and a certified practitioner of The Extraordinary Leader 360 Assessment by Zenger Folkman. In addition, she is certified in MBTI® and trained in Mindfulness‐Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Chloe recently spent a year studying the Life/Art Process®  through a Movement, Mind‐Body, and Expressive Art education program by Tamalpa Institute in Kentfield, California.

Chloe speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. Art and nature are Chloe's two great loves. In her free time, you can find her soaking up the exhibitions at the de Young Museum in Golden Gate Park or dancing with the waves at Mount Tamalpais's magical Tennessee Valley Beach.
